Our services will help owners make decisions on repairing vs. replacing their roofing systems. Since we do not sell or install roofing products we have no hidden agenda when dealing with our clients. The only thing we have to sell is our professional roof expertise.
All major roofing system manufacturers’ warranties stipulate that the warranty is in effect as long as the roofing system has been installed in accordance with the proper application guidelines. When defects in the application are later discovered most manufacturers’ warranties are voided. Alliance Consulting & Testing, Inc. can also perform quality assurance inspections to help assure that the installation of the roofing system is done in accordance with the proper application guidelines and warranty requirements.
